Approved Crewing Locations & Distances

 

Crewing is only allowed at the following aid stations for the listed distances:

Spectator Information

Spectators are welcome at all of the above locations.

 

Accessibility & Parking

 

  • All aid stations are accessible via normal vehicles—no 4×4 required.
  • Parking is extremely limited. Please carpool where possible.

 

What to Bring

 

 Camping chairs/seating options – No seating provided.
 Food & water – No provisions available for crews. Bring your own.
 Leave no trace – Take all your waste with you.
 Caution & Safety – Aid stations are in high-traffic areas; be mindful of vehicles.
 Limited to no signal – Be prepared for little to no mobile reception.

  • Top Tip: Make the most of your wait! Relax and cool off in the rock pools just below McBains while your runner makes their way in.
